I am trying to enroll directly from the Members app and I get this error when the imei is filled out. I just received the S21 today. Any ideas?

Do you happen to have their phone number? I've called several numbers and get bounced around.

I had good luck with the (MESSAGE US) button on https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/ when trying to return one S21 for another.
