I have a Samsung Galaxy S21+, and I've noticed that the Samsung Health app has not been syncing my data with the cloud for a few days now. I've cleared the app cache and made sure that "Sync with Samsung Cloud" is enabled. I have no external devices like smartwatches and no other health apps. Is there a chance that support for the app is being discontinued on the S21+?

I haven't reset the app yet nor reinstalled it, but I will update this post when I do and tell you the results.

UPDATE 1: I've reset the app and it cleared all my data, now it won't sync my data at all because it keeps saying "No synced data".

UPDATE 2: It seems that the app is syncing my data now and all previously synced data has been restored.

Support for Samsung Health is not discontinued on the S21+. After a reset, it may take time for data to resync. Make sure you’re logged in with the correct Samsung account and have stable internet. If the issue continues, please contact Samsung Support.

Have you downloaded the most recent Health app update?

I've got version 6.30.5.105 and there are no other updates coming through the Galaxy Store or Play Store. Hope this helps.

I will wait a couple more days before contacting Samsung Support, but it seems that when I reset the app it reset my health statistics (i.e., sleep records, weight, water tracking, etc.)

Go to the Health app settings and make sure that sync did not somehow get turned off.

Hi. I'm having the same issue. What do u mean by "reset"? U mean uninstalled? I'm worried if I uninstall, it'll delete my unsynced data. Or is that stored as some other data file, and it'll be resynced with the previous successful run?
