Samsung S21+ G996U1 Dual Sim Use?

Hi, I'm wondering if I can activate the dual sim mode on this phone. I have a dual sim tray but it will only read the first one. It only gives me an option for e-sim which is useless for me. Do I need to download a firmware update? I can see inside the sim slot in the phone and it has the hardware to read two sim card. Please let me know. TIA.

Im having an issue similar to this, i think my phone has another sim i cant see but i dont know how to tell. Any ideas?

Anybody know if there is a download firmware to enable dual use of sim cards? I know the phone has dual readers as I can clearly see in the sim slot....
