Samsung S21 downloaded videos have no audio

When I watch created video on the S21, they are fine i.e. with audio.

When I download the video to my laptop, the audio is missing.

I reset the settings, and no change, I checked the permissions, and they seem fine.

I'm stuck!

so you transferred your recorded video from the phone to the laptop and then tried to play the video laptop but it has no audio?

After resetting everything - I discovered the  fault was my laptop...

Closing this case now - thank you..
