Galaxy S21The update I received on Thursday caused my phone to not start. "<!>" "partition super" "Reason SUPER: build-id does not match with the reference". It's stuck on the "Downloading..." screen. I contacted Samsung support via Chat, then phone, then they sent me to a store (Ubreakifix). Ubreakifix couldn't it resolve the issue after almost a week. They returned it to me.
This the 4th time I've had an issue with Samsung updates on this phone in about a year. The first time, I was referred to the same store and they were able to fix it.
I lost everything on the phone. The Second time it seemed to recover; it was able to restart. The third time I was able to recover with "Smart Switch" on my PC. I'm certain I've lost everything on the phone again.
I keep getting passed between Samsung support & Care Plus. I don't understand why I should have to go through Care Plus, when it should be covered under warranty (per multiple techs). I haven't been able to use my phone for 6 days. Suggestions? How do I escalate?
