Ordered the s21 Ultra, got an email confirmation and SMS from credit card that the amount has been deducted, then an email from samsung saying that they cancelled my order, when do I receive a refund?

call Samsung first to understand why it was cancelled.
samsung puts a hold on credit card which can be removed if order was cancelled.
