Samsung care + no longer eligible?

I bough my S21U from Best Buy today. Within the Members app when I enter my IMEI number it states that I'm no longer eligible for Samsung care plus. It says I have 363 days to register ? Any ideas ?

@Frederickdawg I understand the frustration and sincerely apologize for the negative experience. There seems to have been a glitch in the system affecting registration but that it has been resolved. Please let us know if you have any additional concerns.

Contact Samsung support correctly it does that to me a lot sometimes usually it is registered in your Samsung account but for some reason there's like a glitch I think in the members app. Also try checking www.account.samsung.com

Not the members app at all again if it doesn't show registered cuz it usually doesn't as soon as you log in automatically on the s21 at that point you would probably need to contact Samsung support

Just an update,I returned the S21 Ultra back to best buy. The earpiece crackled distorted at low volumes when on phone calls. Very disappointed especially as I noticed it being a common issue when I googled my symptoms.
