Scrolling issue with Chrome

When scrolling articles on the internet the screen will frequently jump back up a few paragraphs and then I will have to scroll back down to find where I left off.

I use eight and don't see the issue (I don't use Samsung Internet)

I've owned several different models and the S21 is the only one that has had this problem.

I've been testing Chrome and Canary ... don't see the issue.

Are you resting your finger on the screen and sliding up / down the webpage (keeping finger on screen).

Or are you momentarily touching the screen and swiping up to scroll (removing finger)?

(I've done both with no side affects)

Do you have Adaptive selected at
Settings -> Display -> Motion Smoothness.
If yes, set it to Standard, and test again.

Also, does it happen with all webpages?

It was on adaptive. Changed it to standard. Not as smooth visually but seems to have stopped the jumping while scrolling.  Thanks

I see this all the time, as described. Frustrating. In Google, scroll normally fast, then scroll backward slowly.

have you tried reinstall chrome or google? or update app?

try submit a ticket on samsung members app
