Hello guys  I can't find the option of adding esim card manager on my Samsung s21 ,I need help please

It should be native to the OS, in the connections settings. It's just called SIM manager.

If it was used, it may have been region locked to another country. What is the complete model number? Did you just buy it? Can you return it?

Yes I believe so , model name is SCG09.

You bought the phone in the US or in Morocco? You would be better off returning the phone, if you can or looking for support i. The region the phone is locked to theiugh the link I provided.
