I recently got the Samsung Galaxy S21 and I just noticed a squared mark on my display. It is centered around the fingerprint sensor under certain light angles. Is that square mark normal for the S21 phones?

Hmmm. I don't see that on my phone.

Is it at all possible to get a screenshot ... or use another camera to take a photo of it and post it back here ?

So, to see it, you powered off your phone?

I'll power mine down and see if it makes a difference vs powered up

@david2b this is completely normal and nothing to worry about whatsoever. What you're seeing is the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that is right beneath the display. It's normal to be able to see it slightly under the right lighting with the display off.

Is it possible that you have a factory installed screen protector on the phone?
