Still waiting for one UI 7 update on s21 fe Canada

I have an s21 fe and I don't know when the one UI 7 update will come to the s21 fe in Canada. Every time I check for updates it says I'm up to date

It has been released internationally, and now it is up to your carrier to roll it out.

I have s21 Fe and I haven't been able to get an update since July 1st of 2022 every time I check it says I'm up to date and I've been back and forth with Samsung and straight talk straight talk says that Samsung that puts it out Samsung saying they've already put it out and the carrier has to roll it out to me . I got my first and only update 4 months after I bought the phone and every time the phone gets shut off all I have is internet and I have to pop my sims card out to get the phone and texting to work
