My S21 Ultra doesn't have the Supplementary services option. I was wanting caller ID to work but I don't have the option to activate it.

Double check
Goto Settings and search 'supplementary'
If still not there, contact your carrier for assistance, please.

BTW this setting is to show or hide your Caller ID when making calls, not that of any incoming caller.
