Switching from Samsung Messages to Google Messages?!

What's going on with Samsung, it's like they're turning everything over to Google and everyone else....

I've had my S21 Ultra since it came out and had no problems at all except from Samsung turning apps over to Google!

Why should Samsung users have to switch apps?

It's like Samsung is throwing in the towel to it's competitors. 

What happens when Google start making their own brand of TVs and laptops What's Samsung gonna do then?

Android phone lasts longer then Apple phones!

Now I'm wondering if I should go back to Apple iPhone, but that would only mean I'd have to upgrade phones every three years because Apple starts shutting down the software for the money!

Samsung step up your game, I don't want to switch back!

Did you provide specific reasons to not wanting to switch to Google messages like for example lack of customization, ect?

When Samsung started giving up their apps to Google, I messaged them all the details.
I lost all my kid's photos and videos of my kids from the Samsung cloud, and then Google ended up doing the same thing!
It's like their playing rock paper scissor with each other, and we lose in the long run!

I agree about the quality and durability of the S21Ultra. Will see how it goes with Google Messages. 🙏

They've been working together for some time now, but they both need to figure out who's who!
If Samsung is going to create new phones, TVs, and tablets then maybe they should just let Google do all the software?
