I just wanted to suggest feedback for the chatheads if at all possible. Right now they're almost perfect to me. The main thing here is comparing it to Facebook Messenger; while if I'm having a prolonged conversation, I'll keep the chathead up. However, often times I'm just replying quickly and will dismiss it immediately.
The problem here is that Messenger remembers where the chathead was before dismissal and will default to that location when the chathead comes back up after being dismissed. Unfortunately, One UI 3.1's chathead function will always come up on the left of the screen, which is difficult for a righty like myself.
My only other gripe is that I really LOVE the pop up conversation here. It's great to be able to reply, see previous messages and go over the previous character limit without needing to open the app entirely. I just wish we had that functionality without chatheads. Seeing somthing similar to iOS would be ideal; a quick reply through a button via the notification banner that brings up the same interphase introduced with these systemwide chatheads.
