Dear Samsung Support!

I would like to report an ongoing technical issue with Bluetooth connectivity on the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (model SM-G990E), specifically affecting the HFP (Hands-Free Profile), which is responsible for transmitting audio during Bluetooth voice calls.

The issue is that, although Bluetooth headphones pair successfully and function normally for media playback via A2DP, the device does not transmit audio during voice calls through the Bluetooth headset. During calls, the HFP profile simply does not activate, resulting in the microphone and speaker remaining inactive via Bluetooth.

This has been confirmed using tools such as Bluetooth Scanner, where the HFP profile clearly does not activate during calls, despite connecting to working devices.

As this is only a user-to-user support forum, developers are not likely to see your post. To submit feedback directly to Samsung, use the "send feedback" option on the Support tab of the Members app.

@Shahen For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.

Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

Lastly you can submit a bug report via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send feedback.

What does that have to do with this issue?
