I ordered the Galaxy s21 Ultra in August.
They made 3 delivery delays,
Finally I received an estimated delivery date of November 3rd.
I didn't receive the phone, but I paid 3 times and waited almost 3 months.

When I went to the Samsung website to check the expected delivery date today, my order was cancelled.
While my order was forcibly canceled by Samsung, I received no news from Samsung.
I was waiting for my delivery like an **bleep** without knowing anything.

It's a real disappointment for Samsung.
While this order was delayed, they made me wait with a lot of lies.

Samsung customer service is really bad.

Strange ... maybe due to chip shortage?

Or maybe you ordered a "special custom" ? I've read where folks ordered a special version / color and was delayed.


My wife and I ordered back when the phones were launched and had them in less than two weeks.

Yikes. Did you check if you were refunded each time you paid? I'd check that. Was the status ever at shipped? If not, it could be due to the chip shortage, but it's strange that they wouldn't tell you your phone is on backorder. I got mine through T-Mobile, I had to keep checking daily to order because it kept going in and out of stock. Maybe Samsung is prioritizing selling to service providers because I did get mine quickly, once I was able to order.
