Time on samsung devices - 3 seconds ahead all the time

Hi,
I see alot of problems on samsung devices with system time.
What happens is clock on samsung devices is always 3 seconds ahead of time.

I thought android 13 would fix these issues but it is the same.
Exactly 2691ms ahead of time.

I have brand new samsung s21, samsung s21 Ultra and samsung S22 Ultra.
All three phones are arround 2.7s ahead of time.
All of them have the latest android 13 installed.

Because of this my huawei watch GT2 is also 3s ahead also some other smartwatches do the same on samsung phones.
If i pair my huawei watch GT2 to iPhone i get accurate time, same seconds as DCF-77.

Also apple watch and iphone are perfectly synced to real time clock, same as DCF-77.

My question is can samsung fix this ?
Maybe create a ntp client service in android that is correcting clock every 10 minutes ?

Accurate clock is very important to me as i work as satellite downlinker and have to know exactly what time it is, in seconds.

Have you tried rebooting into recovery mode, clearing the cache, and then running the repair apps option? Your phone will restart after the repair apps option is selected. Test out. LMK if this helps! GL!

Restarting clearing doesn't help.
This happens on all my samsung phones.

Try it on your phones:
- Go to lock screen
- Click on clock that is shown
- You'll get seconds
- Compare with accurate clock, DCF-77, MSF or WWVB
