Hi. Since the UI 7 update the end of May 2025, my voice calls are not working in that I cannot hear and the other person cannot hear me. Please help! Please.
I have searched everywhere for an answer. I have called my carrier, Ting (Verizon). My Sim card is fine, but says Invalid Card at the top of my phone. (NEW sim card just validayed and tried in my daughter's Iphone to confirm.) I read it may have to do with the Samsung having Dual Sims?
Ting/Verizon said they are only having this issue with Samsung phones, not Android, and don't have any resolution at this time. Hopefully Samsung does.
I have tried taking Sim out, restarting, airplane mode...
Ui7.0....it's terrible the whole world wants the old version back or samsung to go bankrupt from us all.boucotting samsung and buying a different brand.
