PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION FOR TROUBLESHOOTING THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN ATTEMPTED.

I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S21, upgrading from the Samsung Galaxy S9. I used Smart Switch and restored my backed up accounts as well. All of my google email accounts (3 total) transferred with no issues. My Outlook work email and my personal Hotmail accounts didn't transfer.

When I try to sign into my Outlook work email, it first takes me to the login username page that looks like I'm signing into a Gmail account then tells me that my password is incorrect. The password is correct, I use an online password keeper, and have been able to sign-on through a browser on my laptop to verify. I have tried logging into my Outlook email account by adding the account in Settings, through the Outlook app even after uninstalling and reinstalling as well, and through the Calendar app. I've set the account as Outlook Exchange, Office 365, Other, etc. Each path yields the same results.

When I tried to sign into my personal Hotmail account via the Outlook app, it took to me to the familiar Microsoft sign-on and I was able to sign-on with no issue.

Has anyone else ran into this issue? The last time I switched phones (S5 to S9), all accounts switched seamlessly.

@user2oOmZa88VS

I just tried adding my work email to the Outlook app and got similar results as you but I did notice an error message stating that my IT dept does not allow the use of the mobile app and to call them.  @SamsungAdam recommendation seems to be spot on  here.
