Unable to change wallpapers and add widgets

Unable to change wallpaper or add widgets. "Done" always greyed out to allow the change. Dynamic lock screen not enabled nor is roaming clock. I want to change the lock screen clock to something normal rather that the stupid default version. Anyone else with this issue who solved it? The new update also changed all my defaults.

Have you tried clearing the cache partition? Some users (myself included) have had issues after the initial install that have been resolved this way.

Thanks, but yes I have. T-Mobile also tried it without success.

Following, same issue with DONE button grayed out and therefore can't apply changes. Clearing cache did not resolve issue.
