S21 I can't toggle on my Bluetooth.. reset app preferences.. can't clear bluetooth cache.. its grayed out. Any other options??

Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings. Mind you, this will clear all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections/settings and you will have to reestablish them afterward.
