Update keeps downloading

I just installed the latest update and now it is downloaded and asked to install twice more. Looks like it will keep it up. How do I fix this?

I have Mint Mobile. Galaxy S21 ultra, model SM-G99U1

Can I get the 3 letter code from Setting > about phone > Software Information > Service provider software version.
It should look something like this

And it should be the last one.
Also to note for example that if your are on a lower version like G998U1UEU9FWL3 you will need to Download and install updates for 7 more times. Until you installed the latest version.
