I have a Samsung usb c to 3.5mm connector and a Bose wired headphone.

When I connect the cable with the S21 automatically Google Assistant will start.

The default value for digital assistant is off!

How to prevent that something automatically is  started when I plugging in the connector?

Hey there @userDMcVsBLXr4 ,  hope you're doing well. Please try the following:

  1.  Open Settings.
  2. Choose Google.
  3. Select Settings for Google apps and then Search, Assistant, & Voice.
  4. Tap on Voice and disable Bluetooth audio recording, Allow Bluetooth requests with device locked, and Allow wired headset requests with device locked.
  5. Restart your device and look for improvements.

You can also remove the mic permissions of the Google App and that should resolve this as well.

Thanks Rydah,

I already changed that settings. It was not the solution.

Rydah,

Where can I find the specific Google setting for the Mic?

I couldn't find it, so I disabled the general "Access to the Mic"; it didn't solve the issue.

Regards

André
