Video Call Effects Don't Recognize My Face on the Camera

Not really sure what the issue is but when I enable "video call effects" on my practically brand new S21 Ultra, the camera does not see me.  For example, let's say I enable "blur" and I click "preview", everything is blurred, including me. If I enable "image" or "color" and then I preview it, the camera doesn't pick me up at all. It just shows the image or the color. No me! I just got an update for these effects and was hoping that would fix it but still nothing! Does anyone have ANY idea what I can do about this? Thanks in advance!

Same here, it worked the very first day I tried it. But now it doesn't recognize my face any longer. Will probably be fixed with a software update.

There's an update for the video call effects in the Galaxy store now. It works fine for me now, just tested it after the update.

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, I already downloaded that update before I posted my issue. It still doesn't work for me. It never did. ☹

Are you on the latest security patch, should be the February 1. I literally just did the update and it works now.
