Visual voicemail is not visible when on Wi-Fi

I have the S21+, and have an issue with Verizon visual voice mail. When on wifi I can't see the voicemail in the app. I can dial into my voicemail and get the message. Verizon has tried to fix the issue with no luck. It only happens on wifi, if I turn the wifi off it works fine.

Do you have WiFi Calling enabled?

Try turning off your VPN if your using one.
