This is an issue with other carriers as well and NOTHING fixes it.
As soon as I setup VVM, it immediately shows me 6 msgs.
I can send myself a msg, it changes to 7. Delete it and it immediately goes back to 6??

How can it show 6 msgs when there are 0 msgs.
I have literally tried everything everyone has posted other than factory reset and there's no guarantee that will do anything either.

It can't be fixed apparently so we have a bunch of **bleep** manufacturer and phone companies in the U.S.

Visual voicemail is carrier dependent. You have to contact your carrier. You can try calling into your voicemail the old fashioned way to see if there are any messages in your voicemail archives. You can try clearing the app cache and data from your VVM app. Which vvm app are you using?

Probably the one built-in to the phone. Verizon doesn't have their own app for voicemail. You can subscribe to enhanced and get transcription.

I have never been able to find the native built in vvm app. Thank goodness that T-Mobile has it's own.

It does exactly what I need it to do. Let's me look at the voicemails I have then press the play button to listen to them. I don't get many voicemails.

I wish this AI would stop changing my words when speak for it to write text.. I have premium visual voicemail. However there are times that there are
Too many messages and I have to call in to find out about the extras. I go to the keypad and press star eighty six. Then, I put in my 5 digit passcode. And the hashtag, and it tells me each one of my messages

Straight Talk utilizes all the big three mobile networks, so T-Mobile's visual voicemail app should work with it.  It's available in the Play store. This way you don't have to dial in and listen to all the messages.  You can select and listen in any order you want.
