Voicemail is a carrier implementation. If you're unable to change the language setting in your voicemail, you should contact your carrier for help.

I'm trying to change my voicemail language from Spanish back to english.

Yeah, I got that. There's a language setting within your voicemail. If you can't change it back to English yourself, you'll have to contact your carrier for help with it. Or get a friend who understands Spanish to help you.
