Voicemail Completely gone

My voicemail app icon is completely gone. I used to have visual voicemail and an icon in my app drawer. 

I no longer have either. I read suggestions and "fixes" on here but I don't have the options that the other fixes say work. It's not hidden, I don't have anything in my apps section to clear cache and/or data (as shown in pic, excuse my theme), and I don't get voicemail notifications. 

Is there anything I can do to get it back? I have a S21 Ultra and use Total Wireless for service.

So, I am with T-Mobile. My voicemail app is gone. I will get the VM notification and can access it. In my dialer screen, I tap the 3 dots and get the voicemail option. Hope this helps.

On mine, to check voicemail I open the phone app, then the dial pad & hold down the #1 key.

You can contact your carrier it's a carrier problem

Voicemail is always a function of your carrier. Definitely contact the carrier.
