Volume increases automatically for notifications

I continue face issues with S21+ where volume increases automatically for notifications. I have enable volume limit but still notifications and ring tone continues to be problem.

I have verified that my volume buttons are not stuck or having any dust or other challenges.

I did read some comments earlier related to similar topic and looking some guidance on this.

Check what apps have admin and settings control in the permissions menu.

Yes, also check your Bixby routines for any accidental routines. In Bixby App 》Navigate and click the 3 stacked dots on TOP Right 》Select Quick Commands》Look at the bottom where it says My Commands. Try and see if any volume settings are controlling your phone. 😊
