I dropped my Galaxy S21 phone in a lake two weeks ago; the water was too murky to see where it was and too cold to go diving for it. This last weekend I returned, the water had cleared, and I could see the phone on the bottom of the lake (about 3 feet deep). My husband dragged the phone out of the lake and we let it dry. Just for fun I plugged it in to see what would happen. Not only did it fully charge, it still works! I had already replaced my phone with a Galaxy S22, but I was able to transfer over all of my information. Most importantly, my pictures that were not backed up--including pictures from my most vacation to Hawaii! I am forever a Galaxy phone fan.
@userLevaTtw4Pg When it comes to lake or any deep water i always tie my phone on an empty plastic bottle so when i drop the pone the bottle will float.
