Galaxy S21
So I picked my phone up and I heard and felt a light buzzing sensation near the volume buttons on the right side of the phone. This wasn't a normal vibration, it was very very light and faint. It almost seemed as if one of the cameras were moving rapidly. I was in a dark room and it happened in less than a second so I couldn't figure out exactly what it was.
I have a slight feeling that it is the camera stabilization. My phone was upside-down with the charging connection facing up and the display slightly angled upward. I also have face recognition enabled so as soon as I pick up my phone, the display turns on and the selfie camera starts to scan for faces like normal. I think that the combination of the phone being in a weird position, then suddenly experiencing about 2g's and then the cameras turn on with the stabilization caused the vibration. It couldn't have been the vibration motor because it sounded like thin pieces of metal hitting each other. I might be going crazy, talking about something so miniscule like this but maybe the dev's can consider this for device longevity.

Galaxy S21@Jetster I think that you experienced the missed call or message vibration.
It is in phone settings -> Advanced features -> Motions and gestures -> Alert when phone picked up
Your phone will vibrate when you pick it up after missing a call or message.

It's possible, the only thing that made it weird was the sound of the vibration sounding like pieces of metal rattling together.
