The Samsung Cloud service is being discontinued, OneDrive has been offered as an alternative though you are not required to choose this service as your alternative.

If you just want Gallery to sync and the free 5gig is enough then I'd suggest taking advantage of OneDrive.
Other options are other cloud services, Google Photo's and Amazon Photos. If you have Amazon Prime then Amazon Photo's offers unlimited photo storage in the original size where Google limits you to 15gb in original resolution.
I opted to pay $1.99/month for 1TB of OneDrive.
