S21 Ultra Wi-Fi connection drops from ~130mbps to 5mbps every few minutes. I have been dealing with customer service for nearly a month now going through every troubleshooting step twice over, they sent me to a 3rd party technician from their verified list, the issue is still occurring, and now Samsung wants me to send them the device without a loaner phone to use in return. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I have read about some people experiencing this ever since an update last fall.
You also mention, "an update last fall" ... the S21s weren't out at that point in time.
