Wifi isn't Working

Am I the only one who's wifi on their phone doesn't turn on? Like everytime I press the wifi button it says "turning on" but it never actually turns on.

Suddenly, and also there's static when I'm on the phone using Bluetooth (any Bluetooth device) and when im hooked up to Bluetooth on my car, it'll connect but no sound will come out at all.

Try resetting network connections. You will have to manually enter wifi networks and resync your Bluetooth but it might help

I've tried all of that, even technical support, but they were like 'just get a new phone'

That's like the last resort, I don't want to reset it and lose all my stuff for it not to be fixed.

Have you tried Safe Mode?

Also, boot to the Recovery Menu and Wipe the data partition and then Repair Apps.
