How to make an exclusive cellphone a regular.
Anybody had problem like mine?! I had broken LCD on my s21 ultra so I made an appointment with UbreakIfix thru Samsung.com.
I a few days LCD has been fixed but they broke back glass (phantom navy) and set there usual black. They told it's temporary while they receive original one. I calling them every week and they just promising that glass will be delivered next week... tried to call to Samsung support but while explaining my problem they just transferring my call to another department then I explaining it again and they transferring me to another department till phone call will be interrupted. Looks like ubreakifix doesn't want to be responsible for that and Samsung.com neither.
