I have an s21 ultra, previously a S10+. My android auto boots up to a black screen. I have to disconnect by unplugging the USB and plugging it back in. Seems like it's happened since the android 11 update, never happened on previous version of Android with my s10+. Anyone know any fixes for this stuff? Is it a bug, or a setting? For reference the car is a 2019 Ford Edge running latest Sync 3.4
I have the same phone, but have not encountered this issue. Maybe it's a defect of your phone... If no other suggestions are offered, they may need give you a brand new one altogether.
