I was wondering if I can cancel an order before I get the phone. I keep reading so many negative posts about people having issues with updates and samsung in general. Im still waiting for my S21 that I ordered and every day that I wait and wait for fed ex to drop my delivery the less I want the phone. My Note 9 still beyond good as an older phone. Do I need to get the phone and send it back?
