I cannot receive emojies in text messages. I can send them easily. They appear as :), :(.

what keyboard and messaging app do you use?

does it happen only on message app? or apps like on whatsapp too?

I use samsung keyboard. It only happens on the message app. I also use facebook messenger without this problem
