one ui 5.1 update is horrible

I have not liked this phone since the month after I bought it because of a failed update back in 2021 which finally got resolved for me in December 2022. Fast forward to March 2023 with the one ui 5.1 update, it's like deja Vu! Nothing seems to work right even when clicking a link on websites links won't open, photos look absolutely horrible, audio sounds terrible now like it's hollow, apps load extremely slow and don't react like normal whether on Wi-Fi or data, doesn't matter which! Earlier I tried opening photos from my gallery and I had to tap them three or four times to get them to open this is a horrible update at best... 

I honestly thought it might have just been another broken or failed update at first (again) but I've been seeing a lot of reviews lately and other people are experiencing the same exact problems and issues that I am... There are too many issues and the thing that sucks is this phone was actually finally working right until this update

At least state the phone you are using. One UI 5.1 has been working fine for me and yes it is more buggy than One UI 5.0, but it does feel smoother and they fixed some other things. By buggy I mean like the new features they implemented.

Garbage update. I can no longer use Google assistant with WhatsApp. 

This was 99% of my method for communication. I drive for a living.

Ever since I have updated to One UI 5.1, daily it tells me my sim card is not inserted. I have to restart phone for it to recognise my sim card. I have a Samsung A71. One day it told me 5x no sim card. Its really frustrating!!! The phone is only 2.5 years old!! I wish there was a way to revert back to the old UI.

Have you removed the SIM, cleaned and re-inserted?  My S20 did this about 6 months ago and it wasn't software related simply removing and replacing did the trick for me.

Go to sound and quality also if your are using headphones/ earbuds you can change Dolby atmos .sound assistance is another one you can adjust to your advance
