Imagine having a Mobile Phone that goes dark in the Sunlight, can't navigate, can't call, can't receive a call, can't take a picture or video in fact you can't do anything, because you can't see the buttons or images. Now try that in a foreign country while navigating through the Cities. Calling Tech Support at 0.25c a minute is a joke because they don't answer and when they do they can't fix the problem. Now a month later, soft reset, factory reset all of which did nothing but lose my data, even though it was backed up. I have a Samsung Phone, Laptop, T7 Drives, TV's, Appliances, I was even considering a Smart Watch and I'm not even Asian.

If I sound a little annoyed it's because I am furious and so sorry I went down the Samsung Road for my Phone, Computer, TV and Appliances. I urge prospective buyers BE AWARE a product is only as good as the Company that supports it. NO SUPPORT HERE.

I'm really sorry that that happened to you especially being in a foreign country but what does that have to do with the fact that every time I reach out to Samsung to talk to somebody I fill out the information for them to contact me back and it says error My battery is draining really fast since they did this update yesterday I don't know what to do
