Application cannot use the full screen

I recently updated my s22 ultra, one ui 5, there's so much bugs that i didn't have before... like some app can't open on full screen anymore... i use to fix that, but now, there is no option, or maybe i don't know where to go... 

 And when I'm using my phone in landscape mode, i can't swap down to see my notifications anymore. 

 Anyone have any of those pb?

I would start by rebooting into recovery mode and clearing the cache (x3), then restart. To reboot into recovery...

-Turn phone off

-Hold volume up and power until Samsung logo appears

-Release power, but hold volume up until it boots into recovery

-Use volume keys to navigate and power key to select option.
