Galaxy S22Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when the time on the phone does not maintain our preferred setting. Have you tried these steps?
- Open the Phone settings
- Click on General management
- Click on Date and time
- Turn off Automatic date and time
- Turn off Set time zone based on location
If both the Automatic date and time and Set time zone settings are turned off and the phone still auto-adjusts the time zone try testing the phone in Safe Mode to see if an app is causing the change: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
A final step in troubleshooting would be to do a back up and factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the time zone continues to change automatically then it is recommended to have the phone evaluated at an authorized service center.
