Biometrics Unlock Broken with Sept 1 Update

Ever since I updated to the Sept 1 Security patch update, none of my biometric app sign ins work. 

Everytime I launch an app, it tells me the biometrics information changed and I have to re-register. The problem is it doesn't save the registration and I have to do it all over again when I relaunch the app. 

One app even says biometrics is not available and I should try later. 

The only thing it works for is the device unlock but nothing else. 

I use a factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on the Verizon Network. 

One UI 5.1 , Android 13 , SMR Sept 2023 Releaae 1.

Just wanted to share that after a restart, it works for a few days but then pops up again.

I did another restart after this thread and it's now been 24 hrs. Will report back when/if it breaks again.

same.here. especially for all.my banks accounts apps ... going into a loop with access ID fingerprints.... I restarted but same behavior after
