Bixby Text Call

Has anyone used this feature? 

Also mine has only been using Korean responses regardless of the text-to-speech language I choose. Anyone have this problem?

It only currently supports Korean. English and other languages will come out later this year. Probably between Feb-July

My U.S. unlocked Z Fold 4 got the One UI 5.1 update this morning, which adds English language support to Bixby text call. It's the first thing I set up and it works great! My one suggestion, SAMSUNG, is that users should be able to edit not only the quick responses - but also what Bixby says when the call is first answered. It's the one thing I can't edit!

Awesome - I recommend that as soon as the update installs and the phone restarts, power it down again; boot into Recovery (Volume Up + Power) and clear system cache (only cache - NOT data!). Afterwards, restart normally.
