I do not use Instagram, and do not know what a boomerang is within this context.  Thank you for defining Boomerang as Boomerang, that really helps.  Could you, perhaps, explain what happens when you use an Instagram feature called Boomerang?

Regardless of whatever this function does, it is an Instagram feature for a reason, if the default camera app had all of the features of Instagram, then why would you need Instagram?

I don't know if you know this but when you use the camera through an app is not the same quality as the main camera on your phone

I don't know if you know this, but Samsung does not own or manage third party apps.  The Samsung camera app does what is called Post Processing on every image it takes to make them better, if your third party app did this, then the images would be comparable.

Still not an answer to what Boomerang is or does, and now it looks like you are requesting third party apps work like the Samsung Camera app, which seems off-topic, as your original post is to add a feature you cannot define or explain to the Samsung Camera app.
