I cannot use the back camera without resetting the app. This also happened with my S10. This may be my last Samsung phone since it is really irritating.
When I use the stock camera app. It let's me choose between the front selfie camera and the camera on the back of the phone. It gets stuck sometimes so that selecting the back camera shows the same view as the front camera. I have to go to settings>apps>camera>camera settings>reset. In order to get the back camera to show the view from the back of the phone instead of the view from the front of the phone.
@WestCoastSun Since this also happened on your previous phone, I would suspect that some 3rd party app you are using is causing the issue.
As a troubleshooting step you can boot into safe mode. If you don't see this issue while booted in safe mode, you know that it is definitely a 3rd party app.
@WestCoastSun Understand, I mean that some other app is causing the conflict. It could be an innocent looking game, calculator, etc which harbors walware or does something unexpected.
