Galaxy S22Thank you for reaching out. I understand your frustration with the phone vibrating while in the camera app and when on Snapchat. Have you attempted clearing the cache for both apps? Please uninstall and reinstall Snapchat. t's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. You may try to put your phone in safe mode. Open the Power menu, then touch and hold the Power off icon, and then tap the Safe mode icon.
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
