I'm having an issue with my phone vibrating while I'm in the camera app and when I'm on Snapchat. It just randomly vibrates even without a notification. It's driving me nuts! Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I've already turned off notifications and vibrate.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand your frustration with the phone vibrating while in the camera app and when on Snapchat.  Have you attempted clearing the cache for both apps?  Please uninstall and reinstall Snapchat. t's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. You may try to put your phone in safe mode. Open the Power menu, then touch and hold the Power off icon, and then tap the Safe mode icon.

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
