Can 5g be turned off on S22+?

Have a Verizon S22+, and where I'm located 5g will pickup with one bar, then switch to 4g.....

I use my phone for a hotspot, and it terminates my connection everytime switches. Can we turn off 5g? I searched settings, and the link it gives doesn't send me to a spot to terminate 5g.

Go to Play Store and download Samsung Band Selection I have Spectrum/Verizon and use this myself since 5g can be spotty in some places and Verizon doesn't allow you to change it screenshots included click every thing circled

You see I have mine set to LTE I really honestly don't need 5g
