Can't play videos from iphones

So I can't play videos that have been sent to me from an iPhone. I get a still picture and then below it the sound. Didn't have this issue on my old samsung phone. Are they working in correcting this?

My girlfriend need me to use quickshare for her to see my videos and even shots from my S22 Ultra so you might have your Quick share enabled to see her videos

I changed my setting to quick share and it solved the problem. Thank you so much for the suggestion.

settings>  about phone > software information and you should be able to find AVF7
