Can't see my AR emoji in messages

Is anyone having issues with using their AR emoji in messages? I shows my most recent but unable to see the rest.

Can you send a screenshot of what's happening or more deteails?

See it is only showing past ar emoji but not in the bar where I can choose others.

HI cwluvroses, welcome to the Community and thank you for reaching out! In order to see the other AR Emojis, you would need to scroll over and select the AR Emoji tab.

I tried to scroll but it doesn't scroll past the settings. See attached screenshots.

It is still not working.

I took my phone to at&t the guy worked on it but they couldn't figure it out, then I went to Best Buy to talk to a Samsung person he was useless. Anyone have any ideas.
